How to Hit a Vape

For best performance, turn the device on, place the mouthpiece to your mouth, and take a light, long, smooth pull.

For button-activated devices, press and hold the button while taking a light, long pull.

For Canna Caviar Duals, select the side you want using the side switch, place the mouthpiece to your mouth, and take a light, long pull. Our Duals are pull-activated, so you do not need to hold the button while inhaling.

Do not pull too hard. Light, steady pulls give the best flavor, smoothest vapor, and help prevent clogging or a burnt taste.

Always make sure the oil is settled toward the bottom of the device or cartridge before use. If the oil is too thick or has not moved down, gently warm the device in your hand before using.

2G Duals

Canna Caviar 2G Duals are pull-activated and designed so you can hit either side individually or both sides at the same time.

Power On / Off

Press the power button 5 times quickly to turn the device on.

Press the power button 5 times quickly again to turn the device off.

Side Switch Instructions

The 2G Duals device has a side selector switch.

Move the switch to the left to hit the left side.

Move the switch to the right to hit the right side.

Place the switch in the middle to hit both sides at the same time.

Make sure the switch is fully in position before taking a pull.

Turn the device on by pressing the button 5 times quickly.

Choose the side you want to hit using the side switch.

Do not overuse pre-heat.

2G All-Glass Cartridges

Canna Caviar 2G All-Glass Cartridges are designed to be used with a compatible 510-thread battery.

Battery Voltage

Use Canna Caviar all-glass cartridges on a battery set to 2.4V or lower.

Do not use high voltage. High voltage can burn the oil, affect flavor, and cause the cartridge to clog or taste burnt.

Power On / Off

Cartridges must be attached to a compatible 510-thread battery.

Most button-style batteries turn on by pressing the button 5 times quickly.

Most button-style batteries turn off by pressing the button 5 times quickly again.

How to Hit the 2G All-Glass Cartridge

Attach the cartridge gently to a compatible 510-thread battery.

Do not over-tighten the cartridge.

Set the battery to 2.4V or lower.

Make sure the oil is settled toward the bottom of the cartridge.

Turn the battery on if needed.

Place the mouthpiece to your mouth.

Press and hold the battery button while taking a light, long, smooth pull.

Store Upright

Always store devices and cartridges upright when not in use. This helps keep the oil settled properly and helps prevent leaks.

Avoid Heat & Direct Sunlight

Do not leave vapes or cartridges in hot cars, direct sunlight, or high-temperature areas. Heat can thin the oil and may cause leaking.

All-Glass Hardware

Canna Caviar all-glass devices and cartridges are made for a clean, smooth experience.

The mouthpiece is glass. If you do not see a traditional plastic or metal tip, nothing is missing.

Keep the Mouthpiece Clean

Wipe the mouthpiece regularly to maintain clean airflow.

Do Not Pull Too Hard

Hard pulls can clog the airflow or create a burnt taste.

For best results, take light, long, smooth pulls.

Before You Hit It

Before taking a pull, always make sure the oil is settled toward the bottom of the device or cartridge.

Do not hit the device if the oil has not settled properly.

If the oil is not settled toward the bottom, warm the device or cartridge gently in your hand and allow the oil to move down before hitting it.

Cold weather can make oil thicker. In colder temperatures, warm the device or cartridge in your hand before use.

Use pre-heat only when needed.

Troubleshooting Tips

Problem: Device Not Hitting / No Vapor

Make sure the device is charged.

Make sure the device is turned on. Most button-style devices turn on by pressing the button 5 times quickly.

For 2G Duals, make sure the side switch is set to the side you want to hit, or placed in the middle to hit both sides.

For Canna Caviar Duals, choose your side and take a light, long pull from the mouthpiece.

For button-activated devices, make sure you are pressing and holding the button while taking a light, long pull.

For cartridges, make sure the cartridge is attached to a charged battery and the battery is set to 2.4V or lower.

Make sure the oil is settled toward the bottom of the device or cartridge.

If the oil is thick, warm the device or cartridge gently in your hand.

Use pre-heat only when needed.

Problem: Only One Side Is Hitting on 2G Duals

Check the side selector switch.

Move the switch fully to the left or right side to hit one chamber.

Place the switch fully in the middle to hit both chambers at the same time.

If one side still does not hit, make sure the oil is settled toward the bottom on that side.

Warm the device gently in your hand if the oil is thick.

Problem: Clogged Airflow

Take a few gentle pulls to help clear the airflow.

Wipe the mouthpiece clean.

Do not insert anything deep into the device or cartridge.

If needed, gently clear only the mouthpiece opening with a clean toothpick or pin.

Avoid hard pulls, as they can cause clogging.

Problem: Burnt Taste

Stop using the device for a few minutes.

Make sure the oil is settled toward the bottom before hitting it again.

For cartridges, make sure your battery is set to 2.4V or lower.

Take light, long, smooth pulls.

Avoid holding the button too long before inhaling.

Do not overuse pre-heat.

Problem: Leaking

Store the device or cartridge upright when not in use.

Avoid heat, hot cars, and direct sunlight.

Do not leave devices lying on their side for long periods.

For cartridges, do not over-tighten onto the battery.

If leaking occurs, wipe the mouthpiece and connection areas clean before using again.
