DEVICE CARE (IMPORTANT)
• Store upright Always keep cartridges standing upright so oil remains near the atomizer and to prevent leaks.
• Avoid heat & direct sunlight
High temperatures can thin oil and cause leaks. Do not leave devices in hot cars or direct sun.
• All-glass hardware
These cartridges are made entirely of glass, including the mouthpiece. Glass is inert and does not affect flavor.
• Glass mouthpiece is normal
The mouthpiece is glass and is designed to feel similar to hitting a bong.
If you don’t see a traditional plastic or metal tip, nothing is missing.
• Do not over-tighten
Screw cartridges gently onto batteries. Over-tightening can damage the glass or ceramic coil.
• Always grab the metal base
When attaching or removing the cartridge, only twist from the metal base.
Never twist or unscrew by holding the glass.
• Use low voltage settings
Our vapes perform best between 2.5–3.0V.
High voltage can burn oil and ruin flavor.
• Keep mouthpiece clean
Wipe regularly to maintain proper airflow and hygiene.

BEFORE YOU HIT IT (VERY IMPORTANT)
Before taking a pull, always make sure the oil is sitting at the bottom of the cartridge around the atomizer.
🚫 Do not hit the device if the oil is not at the bottom
Hitting a dry coil can cause a burnt taste.
If oil is not settled at the automizer.
First option it’s best to try to heat it with hand holding it tight.
• Pre-heat your battery (most batteries pre-heat by pressing the button twice)
• You will see the oil slowly move downward
• Lightly warm the glass with a lighter (do not overheat)
Cold weather note: Oil thickens in winter. Heat with hand.

HOW TO INHALE
• Take slow, smooth pulls
• Avoid long, hard hits or repeated blinking
• All-glass carts perform best with gentle inhalation

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
Problem: Cart not hitting / no vapor
• Ensure battery is fully charged
• Pre-heat the device
• Gently warm the cart in your hands if oil is thick due to cold temperatures
Problem: Clogged airflow
• Gently inhale without pressing the button to pull oil through
• Use a clean pin or toothpick to clear the mouthpiece
(Never insert anything into the coil)
Problem: Burnt taste
• Stop using immediately
• Lower voltage setting
• Ensure oil is at the atomizer before hitting
• Take shorter, gentler pulls
Problem: Leaking cartridge
• Store upright when not in use
• Avoid heat and hot environments
• If leaking occurs, wipe threads clean before reattaching to battery
